At present, Navyāti accepts bank deposits / transfers for online orders. As a small independent brand, we are currently in the process of setting up secure online payment facilities for credit / debit cards and appreciate your understanding during this time.

Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer
Bank deposits and transfers are currently accepted for all orders.
Once you select this payment option at checkout, you will be able to access Navyāti’s bank details. The bank details will also appear in your order confirmation email. Please note that if this payment option is selected at checkout, your order will only be considered confirmed once Navyāti has received proof of full payment.
Customers are required to provide proof of full payment within 3 business days of placing the order. During this time, the selected items will be held for you. Proof of payment must be sent via email to info@navyati.com or via WhatsApp / text message to +94 776 205 885.
If proof of full payment is not received within the 3-business-day period, we cannot guarantee the availability of the items selected for purchase.
Credit / Debit Cards
We do not accept credit or debit card payments at this time.
Additional Information
Orders will not be processed or dispatched until full payment has been received and verified. Navyāti reserves the right to cancel orders if payment requirements are not met within the stated timelines.
