Navyāti does not currently operate a physical retail store. However, we do offer a pick-up option in Battaramulla for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.
We produce garments in limited quantities to maintain quality, to preserve the integrity of our designs, to reduce waste, and to avoid excess production. This approach allows us to focus on craftsmanship, detail, and a more thoughtful production process.
A custom order refers to a garment that is made specifically after an order or inquiry is placed and is not held in ready stock. At Navyāti, custom orders follow two paths: a one-of-a-kind custom design made to your specifications, or a made-to-order version of an existing style which is subject to fabric availability.
Yes. As we produce garments in small batches, sometimes you might not find your size readily available. If your size is unavailable, you may inquire about having a collection style made to your size found in our size chart. This option depends on fabric and material availability, so we always encourage contacting us before placing an order.
Production timelines vary depending on the nature of the order. On average, made-to-order collection styles take approximately 4–6 weeks, while one-of-a-kind custom designs may take 6–8 weeks. Once completed, orders are dispatched within one to two working days.
Once an order is placed, it will be dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery within Sri Lanka typically takes between 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Yes. We offer a free pick-up option in Battaramulla. Once your order is placed, the exact pick-up location will be shared via email. The items should be picked up within 3 days after placing the order. A date and time must be arranged in advance with our team, and we kindly request that you bring your order confirmation when collecting your purchase.
Yes, international shipping is available. However, international orders require additional coordination at this time. We kindly ask customers to contact our team before placing an international order. Shipping costs and delivery timelines will vary depending on destination and are subject to customs clearance and courier regulations.
Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or confirmation. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.
