Shipping and Deliveries
At Navyāti, we aim to make the delivery process as smooth and transparent as possible. As a small independent brand, we handle each order with care and do our best to ensure timely and reliable delivery for our customers.
Local Delivery (Sri Lanka – All Island)
We currently offer all-island delivery across Sri Lanka at a standard rate of LKR 500 per order. Orders valued above LKR 50,000 qualify for complimentary shipping.
Once your order is placed, it will be dispatched within 2 working days.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Pick-Up Option (Battaramulla)
While Navyāti does not currently operate a physical retail store, we offer a Pick-Up option at no additional cost in Battaramulla.
Once your order is placed, the exact pick-up location will be shared with your order confirmation. The items should be picked up within 3 days after placing the order. A date and time must be arranged in advance with our team to ensure a smooth and timely collection.
Please ensure you bring your order confirmation when collecting your purchase.
International Shipping
International shipping is available. However, due to the nature of our current operations, international orders must be placed by contacting our team directly.
Shipping costs and timelines will vary depending on destination. International delivery timelines may be longer and are subject to customs clearance and courier regulations.
We recommend reaching out to us prior to placing an international order so we can guide you through the process.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier-related issues or unforeseen disruptions.
If a delivery exceeds the forecasted timeframe, we kindly request customers to contact us so that we may conduct an investigation and work towards expediting the delivery where possible.
Additional Information
Orders are processed on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. Navyāti cannot be held responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared where applicable.
